However...

if the person who did book the space shows up for it, or...
if someone does book it for the current time while you're there, or...
it's a staff-only room...

we will need you to vacate the room.

Generally, we do prefer when patrons create reservations for their rooms, because it helps maintain order, allows our patrons to lock in a space where they can schedule a zoom call or meeting, and it's simply just useful data for us to think about our overall activity.
